How can I add Emoticions to my Channel?
If you want to add emoticons to your channel on Twitch, you will have to discuss this with Twitch. We are only a third party tool for Twitch and have zero influence on Twitch. Most of the time you have to be a Twitch Partner to have emoticons.
An Emoticon is Missing from the list.
If an emoticon is missing from the list but the user or channel appears with other older emoticons, this will be updated automatically in a few days. If the channel doesn't appear all you have to do is go to the "Channel Information" page for that user and we will add the emoticons automatically. The automated process may take a few hours.
A Channel is missing from the list on the Channels Page.
If a channel is missing, we have yet to process or even come across that channel. You can add a new channel to the page by searching for the channel's name. If we find the channel in the Twitch directory it will be added to our site.
Account Issues / Banned from Chat / Forgot Password
Anything relating to your Twitch account has to be sent to the official Twitch support center. We can not help with issues with your account, lost passwords, getting banned from chats, subscription issues or anything else.
